Scottish Friends of L'Abri

Our most recent meeting was on the 7th March 2009 when Dr James Paul of English L'Abri spoke on 'What in the World is Real?' about integrating fact and meaning. This talk will be viewable on this site shortly.

Ranald Macaulay recently gave the second part of his talk: ‘Rekindling the Vision: Christians in the Post-Christian West’ We hope to upload this video shortly.

See the video of the first part of Ranald's talk. Ranald leads the work of Christian Heritage UK at The Round Church in Cambridge, where a huge number of tourists and visitors are given an insight into the spiritual history of both Cambridge and Britain. (Could something similar happen in Scotland, bearing in mind that 2010 will be the 450th anniversary of the Scottish Reformation?) Ranald also organises the annual Cambridge Schools of Theology and Apologetics, as well as arranging many interesting and valuable talks by visiting speakers. Have a look at the website to get the full picture of the activities: www.christianheritageuk.org.uk

Watch this space for details of future meetings.

If you would like further details about our activities please mail us at scotlabrifriends@hotmail.co.uk (apologies for a wrong email address on this page recently).
